Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in reconciliation, settlement, or financial transaction processing environments.
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems including Cards, ATM, POS, UPI, and RTGS.
- Experience in reconciliation tools, settlement systems, and financial reporting.
- Working knowledge of database queries (SQL) and data validation techniques.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Experience with reconciliation platforms, reporting tools, and automation solutions.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English (Mandatory).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data accuracy.
- Ability to manage high-volume financial data and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end reconciliation across payment systems, host platforms, and external networks.
- Monitor daily, intraday, and batch reconciliation cycles for completeness and timeliness.
- Investigate reconciliation breaks, unmatched records, and financial discrepancies.
- Support settlement processes between banks, payment networks, and internal systems.
- Perform root cause analysis for reconciliation breaks and recurring discrepancies.
- Validate reconciliation outputs and data flows during new releases, patches, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial discrepancies.
