Requirements
- Proven experience in solution architecture and technical decision-making.
- Strong expertise in the Microsoft technology stack including Azure and .NET.
- Hands-on experience in modern architectures including microservices, APIs, and containerization.
- Solid cloud experience across both Microsoft Azure and AWS environments.
- Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing technical teams.
- Strong capability in performance management and talent development.
- Proven experience contributing to presales activities, including developing proposals and POCs.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong presence in client-facing scenarios such as workshops and presentations.
- Ability to influence decisions and build long-term client partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Define and enforce technical standards and architectural guidelines across the Software Engineering Practice.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance on complex challenges and critical delivery decisions.
- Act as a senior technical advisor in client engagements, including discovery sessions and solution workshops.
- Support presales by contributing to client pitches, solution design, and technical proposals.
- Manage a team of 25+ practice members, focusing on mentorship, performance, and capability development.
- Collaborate with project leads on team allocation and delivery alignment.
- Develop reusable assets, frameworks, and accelerators to support practice strategy.
