Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in partnerships, external affairs, program coordination, or related fields.
- Experience in the education, nonprofit, or policy sectors.
- Demonstrated success planning and staffing in-person events including logistics and follow-through.
- Strong writing skills for partner-facing communications and meeting materials.
- Builder's mindset for creating repeatable systems and processes.
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to travel up to 40% within the U.S.
- Interest in or familiarity with education policy, AI literacy, or the K-12 landscape (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships across community-based, research, advocacy, and school district partners.
- Maintain partner databases, communication logs, and track partner pipeline progress.
- Draft partner communications, meeting materials, and follow-up summaries.
- Serve as operational lead for community engagements including workshops and student forums.
- Coordinate event timelines, logistics, and facilitator preparation materials.
- Support aiEDU participation in policy briefings and research partnership communications.
- Build and document operational systems for partnership and event engagement.
