Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships, external affairs, program coordination, or related fields.
  • Experience in the education, nonprofit, or policy sectors.
  • Demonstrated success planning and staffing in-person events including logistics and follow-through.
  • Strong writing skills for partner-facing communications and meeting materials.
  • Builder's mindset for creating repeatable systems and processes.
  • Comfort working independently in a remote environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% within the U.S.
  • Interest in or familiarity with education policy, AI literacy, or the K-12 landscape (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships across community-based, research, advocacy, and school district partners.
  • Maintain partner databases, communication logs, and track partner pipeline progress.
  • Draft partner communications, meeting materials, and follow-up summaries.
  • Serve as operational lead for community engagements including workshops and student forums.
  • Coordinate event timelines, logistics, and facilitator preparation materials.
  • Support aiEDU participation in policy briefings and research partnership communications.
  • Build and document operational systems for partnership and event engagement.
