Requirements

- Proven experience finding 0-1 product-market fit as a startup founder or early employee.
- Hands-on approach to user research and developing customer empathy.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet modeling for scaling and profitability analysis.
Responsibilities
- Research practice experiences and identify points of friction in business operations.
- Analyze competitive landscapes to ensure best-in-class service.
- Develop strategies to achieve majority market share.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Risk.
- Own performance metrics including LTV, transaction volume, and NPS.
- Review communications to ensure a cohesive brand narrative.
- Aggregate user feedback to prioritize product and organizational roadmaps.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product to develop strategic collateral.
