Requirements
- 1+ year of programming/scripting experience, specifically with Python.
- 1+ year of experience in data transformation, data pipelines, and data analytics.
- Proficiency with relational database technology such as SQLServer or MySQL.
- 2+ years of experience and proficiency with Excel, including functions and formulas.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical processes to both technical and non-technical customers.
- Curiosity and a self-motivated approach to learning new technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Jira and Salesforce is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Understand client data requirements and create detailed migration plans.
- Write scripts to perform data transformations and validations on imported data including Contacts, Financial Data, and Matters/Cases.
- Work directly with customers to troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues.
- Provide high-quality customer service throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Manage the inbound migration queue while maintaining stakeholder expectations.
- Monitor, document, and report on the progress of migration projects.
- Continuously enhance migration processes and tools for improved implementation.
