Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience with Siebel CRM data extraction and migration projects.
Expertise in RESTful API development, integration, and consumption.
Experience with ServiceNow CSM data structures and ingestion processes.
Proficiency in SQL and database query optimization for large datasets.
Understanding of ETL processes, data mapping, and transformation.
Experience working with large-scale datasets, including file attachments.
Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and security best practices.
Prior experience migrating from Siebel to ServiceNow or similar CRM systems is preferred.
Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell for automation is preferred.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or a related certification is preferred.
Experience with cloud-based integration and deployment strategies is preferred.

Export 15 years of legacy Siebel CRM data, including file attachments, and verify completeness and accuracy.
Analyze Siebel database schemas and data models to plan extraction processes.
Develop and implement RESTful APIs to ingest extracted data into ServiceNow CSM.
Map, transform, and cleanse data before ingestion.
Collaborate with ServiceNow platform teams to define and validate ingestion specifications.
Conduct test migrations, troubleshoot issues, and optimize migration performance.
Document migration processes, data structures, and API configurations for knowledge transfer.
Maintain compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards throughout the migration.
Provide technical support during cutover and post-migration phases.
