Requirements
- Have 3+ years of document/content migration experience with enterprise content management systems such as Documentum, OpenText, Box, or SharePoint.
- Have 3+ years of database migration, implementation, or integration experience with enterprise software systems such as SAP, Salesforce.com, PeopleSoft, Oracle, Trackwise, Argus, or ArisGlobal.
- Have 3+ years of customer-facing technical consulting experience.
- Demonstrate a track record of meeting with management and executives as a subject matter expert.
- Be fluent in SQL and databases.
- Have experience leading and mentoring team members.
- Have experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
- Be able to travel up to 10%.
- Be located in and legally authorized to be employed in the United States or Canada.
Responsibilities
- Provide expertise on Vault R&D migration implementations, including migration of document content and object data from legacy systems to Vault.
- Advise customers on the extract, transform, and load (ETL) process.
- Mentor Veeva Data Migration Specialists on migration activities and best practices.
- Contribute to the Professional Services knowledge base to build a migration program.
- Guide migration tool development for the ETL process.
- Assist with project scoping estimates for the Vault R&D product suite.
