- Ability to own ambiguous problems and turn them into shipped systems
- Comfortable with high-paced iteration and moving fast
- Capability to think out loud and reason through technical design challenges
Responsibilities
- Design and build the crawling, indexing, and retrieval systems behind Firecrawl Search
- Push down latency and cost per query while search volume grows
- Improve ranking quality and freshness for LLM-driven retrieval
- Own services end to end from design to production monitoring and iteration
- Collaborate with the Head of Search and search team on the product roadmap
