- Participate in daily and weekly training sessions to develop professional skills.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to implement effective client strategies.
- Maintain high levels of integrity and customer service while serving union clients.
- Engage with labor unions, credit unions, and trade associations to provide ongoing support.
