Requirements
- 7+ years in technology alliances, business development, or partnerships.
- At least 3 years focused on identity, security, or adjacent enterprise infrastructure categories.
- Deep working knowledge of the identity and security technology landscape, including IAM, PAM, IGA, SIEM/SOAR, and CNAPP/CSPM.
- Existing, active network of contacts among alliance, product, and BD leaders at relevant technology vendors.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate partnerships commercially, including building business cases and prioritizing against revenue potential.
- Experience defining integration requirements and working directly with product/engineering teams to scope joint solutions.
- Experience in a solution design or architecture role translating client requirements into proposed designs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to internal and external executives.
- Willingness to travel for partner and industry events (estimated 20–30%).
Responsibilities
- Maintain a prioritized view of the identity and security technology landscape and identify high-value alliance opportunities.
- Score and rank prospective partners against commercial criteria including customer overlap, co-sell motion, and revenue potential.
- Define and document joint value propositions and business requirements for platform integrations in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
- Define monetization models for partnerships and negotiate agreements with partners, legal, and finance.
- Translate signed partnerships into go-to-market programs, including sales enablement, joint solution briefs, and marketing campaigns.
- Represent Britive at industry events and maintain executive-level relationships with alliance partners.
- Report on alliance pipeline and revenue impact to executive leadership.
