  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Willingness and aptitude to learn new therapeutic areas and disease states.
  • Proactive approach to team collaboration and stakeholder communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
  • Proficiency in Adobe.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare high-quality copy for medical communication projects including abstracts, posters, manuscripts, slide decks, and medical affairs deliverables.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet company standards for scientific accuracy, grammar, and client objectives.
  • Manage assigned tasks and project budgets, meeting deadlines and communicating changes to client services teams.
  • Liaise with clients and external thought leaders to support the smooth execution of projects.
  • Incorporate feedback from internal and external reviewers, ensuring scientific accuracy and industry compliance.
  • Monitor project progress, record time against budgets, and complete timesheets weekly.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of therapeutic areas, competitors, and emerging data.
