Requirements
- Native-level fluency in Japanese and Japanese culture awareness.
- Fluent or Business level fluency in English.
- At least one year of experience working as a QA, Data Analyst, or similar role.
- Experience with advanced spreadsheets.
- Basic knowledge of MacOS.
- Up-to-date awareness of current and common technical language usage in Japanese.
- JLPT N2/N1 certificate.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance of various Movies and TV products’ data/metadata by accurately following testing instructions and test cases.
- Perform content review and creation adhering to project-specific quality standards, trademarks, style guides, and client-preferred checklists and glossaries.
- Complete assigned tasks in a quality and timely manner.
- Prioritize tasks and issues quickly and efficiently while working on repetitive tasks.
- Navigate ambiguity and make informed judgment calls with information at hand.
- Collaborate with international teams to monitor and improve the quality of client products and partner data integrations.
