Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Software Development.
- 3+ years of experience delivering custom solutions with the Appian platform.
- Strong command of Appian Architecture.
- Proficiency in a modern programming language such as Java, C#, Python, C++, JavaScript, or SQL.
- Consultative solution-architecture experience in relevant domains.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with customer interaction experience.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 50% of the time.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:30p EST.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer business drivers and decision-making motivations.
- Manage evaluations, benchmarks, and system configurations.
- Build and deliver technical product and architecture presentations to clients.
- Translate business needs into innovative solutions to accelerate growth.
- Identify opportunities for interoperability, functional, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with Tech Partners to secure technical wins across applications, data, and GenAI.
- Lead technical content for proposals, RFPs, solution designs, and estimates.
