Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in crypto, Web3, or tech ecosystems (community, research, marketing, or growth).
- Strong understanding of crypto culture and emerging narratives (e.g., RWA, AI).
- Ability to conduct lightweight research.
- Proven ability to translate insights into clear, well-written content for crypto-native audiences.
- Experience engaging in both online and offline ecosystem environments (events, meetups).
- Proven track record of building relationships with founders, builders, and ecosystem participants.
- Ability to execute tasks independently in a fast-paced, part-time, distributed environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on Mantle, ecosystem partners, and broader crypto, AI, and financial markets.
- Identify emerging trends and translate them into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Produce high-quality, narrative-driven research for crypto-native audiences and institutional partners.
- Represent Mantle at industry events, conferences, and meetups.
- Engage with founders, builders, and researchers to convert offline interactions into ecosystem opportunities.
- Host or co-host small-scale activations such as roundtables and research salons.
- Leverage local and digital networks to expand Mantle's presence in high-signal communities.
