Requirements

- Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations.
- Strong virtual instruction skills, including comfort with video conferencing and digital whiteboards.
- Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and webcam.
- Quiet workspace.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, individualized virtual instruction tailored to each student's coding experience, logic building skills, and unique learning profile.
- Create structured lesson plans that align with student goals, from foundational logic to AP Computer Science and custom software projects.
- Adapt instruction in real time using live code-sharing and interactive pair-programming environments.
- Troubleshoot logic errors, explain syntax, and teach architectural concepts.
- Track student project progress and communicate effectively with families or school partners regarding conceptual mastery and milestones.
