Requirements
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admission in good-standing with the State Bar
- Minimum 2+ years of litigation experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or complex litigation
- Experience with eDiscovery platforms (e.g., Relativity, Everlaw, Disco, or similar)
- Familiarity with TAR, analytics tools, and data visualization techniques
- Effective communicator with excellent project management skills and attention to detail
- Proactive and collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and innovation
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Assist litigation teams with eDiscovery and related projects, including some written discovery, in large MDLs, class actions and mass torts
- Manage and execute eDiscovery workflows across matters, including identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, and production of ESI
- Conduct responsiveness and privilege analysis, create and run searches and analytical queries, manage coding and assist with production
- Conduct second-level document review for relevance, privilege, confidentiality, and key issues
- Partner with case teams to develop and execute review strategies, including use of analytics and technology-assisted review (TAR)
- Assist with preparing draft responses to discovery related documents such as requests for production, confidentiality challenges, privilege logs, and redactions
- Support deposition and trial preparation through identification and organization of key documents
- Prepare fact summaries, case chronologies, and case analyses to support motions, hearings, and trial strategy
