- Assist litigation teams with eDiscovery and written discovery in large MDLs, class actions and mass torts.
- Manage and execute eDiscovery workflows including identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, and production of ESI.
- Conduct responsiveness and privilege analysis, manage coding, and assist with document production.
- Partner with case teams to develop review strategies using analytics and technology-assisted review (TAR).
- Prepare draft responses to discovery documents, privilege logs, and redactions.
- Support deposition and trial preparation through key document organization.
- Prepare fact summaries, case chronologies, and case analyses to support litigation strategy.
