- Experience working with mobile products.
- Strong expertise in IP, employment, and contract law.
- Knowledge of personal data protection legislation, including GDPR and analogues.
- Ability to explain complex matters in simple language.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Register and protect trademarks, handle IP transfers from contractors, and control third-party rights.
- Manage data protection compliance including Privacy Policy, user consents, and minor protection laws.
- Ensure platform compliance with App Store and Google Play policies including IAP, subscriptions, and appeals.
- Draft and maintain user-facing documents such as ToS, EULA, and refund policies.
- Advise on employment matters including hiring, termination, contractor agreements, and ESOP.
- Support commercial negotiations, NDAs, partnership agreements, and API integration contracts.
- Manage licensing for software, media, and third-party terms compliance.
- Guide AI compliance including EU AI Act requirements and training data liability.
- Support investment activities including funding rounds, due diligence, and deal management.
- Assess legal risks for new product features and maintain liability insurance.
