Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in product design across at least 2 companies.
- Demonstrated experience with sketching, wireframes, visual design, and prototyping.
- Proven experience designing and shipping applications or software.
- Ability to lead the creation of design systems and component libraries.
- Expertise in modern product design software such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, or Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to translate user research, feedback, and requirements into solutions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable with ambiguity and hands-on execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop a clear product vision and refine product strategy based on user needs and company goals.
- Construct user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Design simple, elegant end-to-end flows and user experiences.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the CEO, CTO, and engineers to create features and solve UX/UI challenges.
- Understand the client journey to build best-in-class software experiences.
- Develop and implement product management processes including prioritization, writing PRDs, and defining user stories.
