- Works well independently in a remote setup
- Strong problem-solver
- PMP or similar certification is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Own projects from kickoff to launch (and beyond)
- Break big goals into clear tasks, timelines, and next steps
- Keep teams aligned and accountable across different time zones
- Track progress, spot risks early, and fix issues before they blow up
- Be the main go-to person for clients and internal teams
- Run check-ins, status updates, and wrap-up reviews
- Keep project docs clean, updated, and easy to follow
