Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in construction project management or a closely related field.
- Strong command of scheduling tools — Gantt charts, critical path method.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and hold teams accountable.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work EST hours full-time.
- BuilderTrend experience (preferred).
- Familiarity with US-based construction documentation standards (W-9s, COIs, lien waivers).
- Prior experience supporting remote construction or development teams (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update construction schedules, Gantt charts, and project records.
- Manage punch lists, work orders, closeout documentation, and lien release waivers.
- Coordinate scopes of work and contract execution with trade partners.
- Collect W-9s and Certificates of Insurance and manage contractor agreements.
- Assist with material procurement, purchase orders, and vendor sourcing.
- Process trade partner invoices and reconcile financial records.
- Generate project estimates, budgets, take-offs, and bid comparisons.
- Support permit and entitlement processes.
- Coordinate with architects and designers to maintain updated specification sheets.
