Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience configuring Oracle PPM.
  • Proven project delivery through full life cycle.
  • Proficiency in Oracle PPM (Project, Resource, Portfolio, Financial Management).
  • Strong understanding of Oracle EBS Project Suite (PA-Costing, PA-Billing, PJM, PJR).
  • Deep knowledge of project data flows, budgeting, forecasting, and asset processing.
  • Excellent business analysis and requirement documentation skills.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

  • Execute full technology implementation life cycle (requirements, design, build, test, go-live).
  • Gather and document complex client business requirements.
  • Configure Oracle PPM modules including Project Financial, Resource, and Portfolio.
  • Design and develop reports and dashboards for project and portfolio performance.
  • Provide expert consultation on business processes and system solutions.
  • Deliver training and support to end-users.
  • Provide leadership and best practices for operational efficiency and profitability.
