Requirements

Four-year technical degree or military related service experience equivalent.
Minimum 7 years of related experience; 10+ years preferred.
Strong understanding of IP data, including addressing schemes, IP switches/routers, and TCP/UDP protocols.
In-depth understanding of military and public safety tactical network infrastructure.
Familiarity with wideband networked military and commercial communication products.
Experience in UK Special Forces, British Army, Royal Marines, Royal Navy, Royal Air Force, or commercial specialty communications communities.
Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and fix network performance issues.
Strong documentation and PC office application proficiency.
Must be a sole UK national eligible to obtain and maintain UK security clearance.
Ability to travel 50-75% of the time domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Provide pre-sales, post-sales, and customer support onsite and remotely.
Generate new product applications by collaborating with end users and internal development teams.
Identify and resolve customer issues with products and features.
Adapt TSM product offerings to specific customer use cases.
Provide technical support for advanced product features and complex use cases.
Capture Voice of the Customer (VoC) input and communicate feature requirements to Product Management.
Perform field demonstrations and product training.
Consult with sales and business development leads on new business opportunities.
