- Native level expertise in Amharic with cultural understanding
- Professional level understanding of English (US/GB)
- Experience with CAT tools such as XTM, Phrase, Trados, Jira, or Smartling
- Working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
- Degree in translation or equivalent experience (5 years if no degree)
Responsibilities
- Translate and copy edit content in Marketing and Life Sciences subject areas
- Handle investigator-facing and patient-facing medical materials
- Translate pharmacy and technical UI/Help content
- Ensure linguistic accuracy and cultural nuance in Amharic translations
