Requirements

  • Experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, Node.js).
  • Experience with orchestration tools or workflow engines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Hands-on experience with workflow development and APIs.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Experience with open-source software or communities.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and system integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert on the Orkes platform, architecture, and capabilities.
  • Partner with sales representatives to assess prospect needs and conduct tailored demonstrations.
  • Lead presentations, technical deep-dives, and proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives.
  • Gather technical requirements and design effective solutions leveraging the platform.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to build compelling solution demonstrations.
  • Support the timely completion of customer RFI and RFP responses.
  • Provide customer feedback to product and engineering teams to influence the roadmap.
  • Drive customer training and offer guidance on optimizing workflow development.
