Requirements
- Experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar customer-facing technical role.
- Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, Node.js).
- Experience with orchestration tools or workflow engines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Hands-on experience with workflow development and APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with open-source software or communities.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and system integrations.
Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert on the Orkes platform, architecture, and capabilities.
- Partner with sales representatives to assess prospect needs and conduct tailored demonstrations.
- Lead presentations, technical deep-dives, and proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives.
- Gather technical requirements and design effective solutions leveraging the platform.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to build compelling solution demonstrations.
- Support the timely completion of customer RFI and RFP responses.
- Provide customer feedback to product and engineering teams to influence the roadmap.
- Drive customer training and offer guidance on optimizing workflow development.
