Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or Data Analyst on a product team.
- Strong proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with product analytics tooling such as PostHog, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
- Expertise in experimentation design and A/B testing.
- Strong statistical knowledge (significance, power, segmentation).
- Visual storytelling skills to turn data into clear narratives.
- Excellent async written communication.
- Familiarity with attribution and funnel analytics at scale (nice to have).
- Experience defining and validating product hypotheses (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Define and monitor product KPIs across onboarding and checkout flows.
- Maintain product dashboards for Product, Engineering, and Leadership.
- Build product funnels and identify friction points.
- Design, analyze, and document A/B tests.
- Quantify feature impact pre- and post-launch.
- Produce product performance updates with visual storytelling.
- Define tracking requirements before feature release.
