- Source candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct pre-screening and interview processes to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Present shortlisted candidates to Atlean World internal recruitment team.
- Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
