Requirements
- Associate Degree or Technical Certificate in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in the AEC industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Asana, and GitHub.
- Ability to manage coordinated Revit models and produce documentation with minimal oversight.
- Strong understanding of cross-discipline coordination and building system interactions.
- Experience supporting technology system layouts (telecom/ICT, audiovisual, security, etc.) preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Industry certifications (Autodesk Certified Professional, CDT, CTS, RCDD, PSP/CPP) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead BIM execution, model setup, and model health maintenance.
- Translate engineering markups into clear, constructible documentation.
- Manage BIM workflows across multiple projects.
- Lead coordination efforts, clash detection, and conflict resolution.
- Mentor and provide informal coaching to Designers.
- Refine BIM standards, templates, libraries, and workflows.
- Maintain documentation in GitHub and contribute via Pull Requests.
- Support site walks and field verification for model accuracy.
