Requirements

- Strong graphic design background.

- Familiarity with infographic design.
- Experience with freelancing platforms (Fiverr, Upwork).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech savvy.
- Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong eye for design aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Self-motivated, positive, and passionate about client success.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the lifecycle of all client orders from initial intake to final delivery.
- Ensure orders are assigned to appropriate team members.
- Manage client inquiries, concerns, and revision requests.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Handle customer revisions efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct quality control checks on all completed work.
- Collaborate with designers and writers to ensure high-quality output.
- Potentially redesign or retouch assets to enhance work quality.
- Improve and standardize internal processes and workflow systems.
- Update training materials periodically.
