Responsibilities
- Build and improve core Monarch features like budgeting, goals, and reports across web and mobile platforms (Core Product pod)
- Build product experiences to help Monarch reach more users and guide them to financial success (Growth pod)
- Work on rapid experimentation and A/B testing (Growth pod)
- Improve onboarding flow and customer engagement/retention initiatives (Growth pod)
- Own the process for data connectivity, ensuring financial data is delivered safely and accurately into Monarch (Aggregation pod)
- Handle infrastructure and developer tooling to help the team ship faster and more reliably (Infra/Platform pod)
- Improve overall security posture and help individual teams maintain a focus on security and privacy (Security pod)
- Identify and execute ways to augment product offering, including validating and building zero-to-one user experiences (RevX pod)
