Requirements

Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
Active BCBA certification
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client and business sites
Availability to support clients during after-school hours (typically between 3:00–7:00 p.m., Monday–Friday)
Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel, and crouch extensively
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
Ability to communicate clearly and participate in physical and play-based therapies

Responsibilities

Lead individualized ABA programs across home, school, and community settings
Utilize Kyo’s proprietary care application and data systems
Support the development of Behavior Therapists
Support the development of BCBA Trainees
