Job Details

Requirements

  • Hold a master’s degree in human services or a related field.
  • Maintain current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Reside in Arizona.
  • Have reliable transportation for required local clinic visits.
  • Be able to travel to local Cortica clinics up to twice per month.
  • Average 26 billable hours per week; targets are reduced during shorter weeks.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
  • Lead and support a team of behavior technicians.
  • Supervise cases, using telehealth when clinically effective for the client and behavior technician.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other clinicians to create individualized care plans.
