Responsibilities

  • Deliver clinical oversight for in-home ABA services via telehealth.
  • Coach, supervise, and support Behavior Technicians in the field remotely.
  • Develop and implement individualized, assent-based behavior plans following ABA principles.
  • Lead virtual family training sessions to reinforce strategies and support consistency.
  • Maintain clinical service quality through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making.
