Requirements:
Experience with coaching in Job and Career Development, Business Communication, Leading Projects and Teams, Management, Self-Management, Workforce Development. Current accredited coaching certification (e.g., ICF PCC, EMCC EIA Senior Practitioner). 500+ hours of business coaching experience. Significant experience working in a corporate environment. Educated to at least Bachelor's level with a degree in business or a related field. C2 level in the languages you coach in. CEFR B2 or higher level of English. Fulfillment of Technical Specifications for online coaching.
