Requirements
- Senior Associate experience in Transaction Advisory / FDD / QoE (or equivalent deal-focused experience)
- Solid understanding of GAAP financial statements and common diligence adjustments
- Strong Excel skills (large datasets, pivots, modeling, reconciliations)
- Able to operate in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and quick turnarounds
- Clear communicator who can synthesize findings into client-ready output
Responsibilities
- Support buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
- Build and analyze QoE deliverables, including normalized EBITDA and earnings adjustments
- Analyze revenue and margin
- Analyze working capital and net debt
- Perform customer concentration, trend, and variance analyses
- Prepare clear schedules and exhibits
- Contribute to report writing/storytelling
- Gather and organize data from client financials
- Streamline data requests and documentation
- Collaborate with engagement leads to hit deadlines
