Senior Associate, Transaction Advisory

Senior Associate experience in Transaction Advisory / FDD / QoE (or equivalent deal-focused experience) Solid understanding of GAAP financial statements and common diligence adjustments Strong Excel skills (large datasets, pivots, modeling, reconciliations) Able to operate in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and quick turnarounds Clear communicator who can synthesize findings into client-ready output

Support buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements Build and analyze QoE deliverables, including normalized EBITDA and earnings adjustments Analyze revenue and margin Analyze working capital and net debt Perform customer concentration, trend, and variance analyses Prepare clear schedules and exhibits Contribute to report writing/storytelling Gather and organize data from client financials Streamline data requests and documentation Collaborate with engagement leads to hit deadlines
