Requirements
- Not afraid to tackle any part of a technology stack
- Experience with projects having a lot of product and technical ambiguity
- Ability to strike the right balance between speed and quality
- Ambitious and always looking to improve skills
- Excellent collaborator and communicator
- Seek to create leverage in their work
- Have led or taken ownership of projects before
- Experience with TypeScript, React, GraphQL API, Node.js, Postgres, Redis is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Take ownership over a large portion of one of our products
- Own projects end-to-end (wearing hats traditionally worn by product and design)
- Research competitors
- Write product specs
- Make wireframes
- Design and build automated interview scheduling
- Build a generalized declarative filter architecture
- Specced, designed, and implemented a feature for signing offers within Ashby
