Maintain global Tyk Cloud within SL(A/I/O)s Identify reliability issues and collaborate with squads to solve them Identify and introduce new metrics and build relevant dashboards Participate in the on-call rotation Expand multi-region and multi-cloud reach of the platform Document operational knowledge Conduct post-incident analysis Automate common tasks Contribute to continuous improvement agenda Ensure reliability of the global Tyk Cloud platform Automate operations and support Write and maintain documentation on SRE processes and policies Recommend and implement ways of driving operational efficiency and cost reduction Assist in penetration testing for Cloud Manage incidents
