Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering roles.
- Have a track record of operating production systems across multiple regions.
- Have Terraform experience with modules, state management, and multi-environment patterns.
- Have AWS experience across VPC, IAM, EKS, S3, and CloudWatch.
- Have Kubernetes expertise in cluster operations, autoscaling, RBAC, and Helm.
- Have experience with GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or similar CI/CD and GitOps workflows.
- Understand networking fundamentals including CIDR, DNS, load balancing, VPN, and cross-region connectivity.
- Have observability tooling experience, such as Prometheus and Grafana.
- Be comfortable using Python and Bash for tooling and automation.
- Have working knowledge of Linux and Windows environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain multi-region AWS infrastructure using Terraform.
- Operate and scale EKS clusters across production regions, including autoscaling, node lifecycle, and workload health.
- Manage networking across environments, including VPC design, DNS, load balancing, and cross-region connectivity.
- Improve GitOps-based deployment workflows using GitHub Actions, Helm, and Kustomize.
- Lead incident response, debugging, and root-cause analysis; write postmortems and drive reliability improvements.
- Improve observability across metrics, logging, tracing, and dashboards.
- Support GPU and batch workloads running on Kubernetes.
- Own cloud IAM governance and contribute to audit readiness, partner certification requirements, and customer security questionnaire responses.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure validation, and support engineers with infrastructure debugging and environment setup.
- Build tooling and automation in Python and Bash.
