Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, consumer finance apps, or centralized crypto exchanges.
- Direct experience with onchain/DeFi products is a strong plus.
- Strong ability to engage with enterprise partners and uncover pain points.
- Comfortable working across custody, wallet infra, and protocol integrations.
- Solid understanding of fintech product mechanics or exchange infrastructure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy for integrations, SDKs, and infrastructure for fintechs and exchanges.
- Build expertise in fintech and exchange needs (compliance, custody, user experience) and translate them into products.
- Launch and scale products to make it easier for enterprises to offer onchain financial products.
- Collaborate with DeFi protocols, infra providers, custodians, and chain operators.
- Work with engineering, BD, design, and marketing to bring products from concept to launch.
