Requirements
- Expert in TypeScript / JavaScript with at least 7 years of XP
- Proven track record in building and maintaining web applications
- Robust understanding of NodeJS and MongoDB
- Ideally React experience
- Able to work independently and take ownership of complex projects
- Fast learner
- Comfortable with agile methodologies
- Adaptable and likes to discover new things
- Experience in front-end integration, back-end development, mongo optimization, performance issues
Responsibilities
- Design and develop new features from scratch, both on the frontend and backend
- Stepping into the role of technical lead within your squad
- Improve the code base with refactoring, bug fixes, and optimization
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Help the customer support team on technical issues
- Facilitating knowledge sharing and capacity building by training fellow developers
