Requirements
- Have proven experience designing or working with distributed systems.
- Bring strong expertise in Node.js and TypeScript, and experience with typed programming languages.
- Have solid knowledge of microservices, background workers, asynchronous processing, and event-driven architectures.
- Have experience with Google Cloud Platform services such as Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, Kubernetes, and IAM.
- Understand Docker, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and modern DevOps practices.
- Have experience working with MongoDB, data integrations, and ETL processes.
- Be able to use AI coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code, and review, refine, and validate generated code.
- Be committed to code quality, maintainability, observability, and system reliability.
- Have excellent communication and collaboration skills and a strong level of English.
- Experience with Vue.js, Nuxt.js, BigQuery, or user-facing applications is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve Node.js and TypeScript microservices and background workers.
- Develop queue-based integrations and event-driven workflows using GCP Pub/Sub.
- Build and improve administrative and user-facing applications with Vue.js and Nuxt.js.
- Implement robust error handling and strengthen monitoring and alerting across services.
- Maintain and improve ETL processes and data integrations.
- Participate in technical planning, estimation, and delivery of complex features.
- Work with DevOps to improve CI/CD practices and platform scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate with the Integrations team to support interoperability across company products.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to code quality and engineering practices.
