Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer
- Strong foundation in Python
- Hands-on experience or strong interest in Generative AI frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, OpenAI, RAG)
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS
- Experience designing and developing APIs (FastAPI, Django, Flask)
- Strong system design and problem-solving skills
- Practical experience with databases (PostgreSQL, NoSQL, vector databases)
- Proficiency with DevOps and CI/CD tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Git)
- Understanding of deep learning model development and deployment (PyTorch, HuggingFace)
- Excellent English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement backend systems that integrate with LLMs
- Implement agentic architectures for complex AI workflows
- Build, deploy, and manage cloud-native AI applications on AWS
- Fine-tune prompts and build RAG pipelines
- Implement AI security guardrails and conduct risk assessments
- Monitor application health with observability tools
- Work closely with ML Engineers to integrate trained models
- Maintain high engineering standards (modular code, testing, CI/CD)
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI features
