Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in scaling acquisition for a startup, across both paid and non-paid channels
- Familiar with AB testing and conversion optimization
- Ability to analyze performance data (e.g., Google Analytics, Sheets, Data Studio)
- Experience running webinars and online events
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong writing skills and native-level English speaker
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable lead acquisition ideas
- Reach out to creative professionals and present Reedsy
- Optimize supply and demand balance by analyzing data and KPIs
- Build customer funnels to reactivate and educate users
- Organize webinars and create content to engage the community
- Liaise with Data Analyst to report on supply growth and create dashboards
