Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, and customer-facing roles.
- Understanding of business processes across multiple industries, geographies, and technical domains.
- Understanding of system design patterns, distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architecture.
- Experience with integrations using REST and messaging systems (Kafka, MQ, etc.).
- Language proficiency in Java.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new technologies.
- Collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities
- Lead customers through training, adoption, and implementation of the Orkes platform.
- Act as a technical advisor during the sales process.
- Collaborate with the product team as a customer advocate.
- Help customers achieve data-driven outcomes by establishing an architectural vision and identifying use cases.
- Find solutions to customer challenges in orchestration and application development across various business domains.
- Engage with the technical community through workshops, seminars, and meet-ups.
