Requirements:
Active Notary Public license in Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, or Pennsylvania. Strong internet connection. Quiet, professional workspace. Video-enabled computer. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Availability during standard business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday) preferred. Familiarity with Zoom or other video conferencing software. Experience in the legal industry is a bonus.
