Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Python web development.
- 3+ years of SaaS product development experience with cloud-based solutions.
- 3+ years of professional experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL).
- 3+ years of experience with Django or another Python framework.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- 2+ years of proven experience building and consuming APIs.
- Hands-on experience using AI enhanced IDEs (e.g., Cursor, VS Code).
- Professional experience with Docker for containerization.
- Professional experience with AWS services (EC2, API Gateway, Lambda).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer business needs and translate into technical solutions.
- Configure and extend platform using Python and MySQL for AI functionality.
- Partner with product management to launch secure features with intelligent automation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and manage expectations.
- Work in an Agile environment with Scrum, automated testing, CI, code reviews, and version control.
- Deliver projects on time and communicate progress to customers.
- Create and maintain unit tests for accuracy and system integrity.
- Leverage AI to optimize workflows and automate tasks.
