Senior Software Engineer

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field. 5+ years of experience in Python web development. 3+ years of SaaS product development experience with cloud-based solutions. 3+ years of professional experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL). 3+ years of experience with Django or another Python framework. 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role. 2+ years of proven experience building and consuming APIs. Hands-on experience using AI enhanced IDEs (e.g., Cursor, VS Code). Professional experience with Docker for containerization. Professional experience with AWS services (EC2, API Gateway, Lambda). Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Understand customer business needs and translate into technical solutions. Configure and extend platform using Python and MySQL for AI functionality. Partner with product management to launch secure features with intelligent automation. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and manage expectations. Work in an Agile environment with Scrum, automated testing, CI, code reviews, and version control. Deliver projects on time and communicate progress to customers. Create and maintain unit tests for accuracy and system integrity. Leverage AI to optimize workflows and automate tasks.
