Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- Experience with Kubernetes and containerization
- Exceptional written communication skills in English
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and DevOps practices
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to a major metropolitan area
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality technical guides and documentation
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical deployment questions
- Lead technical onboarding sessions
- Research and identify popular open-source projects for guides
- Become a product expert
- Assist with technical demos
- Identify and report customer pain points
- Document customer success stories
- Build relationships with developer communities
- Gather and communicate customer feedback
- Stay current with cloud-native technologies and Kubernetes
