- 4+ years of customer service experience minimum
- 2+ years of full-time remote experience
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience required
- Proven track record of self-management, productivity, and consistency working independently
- Ability to understand customer needs, take ownership, and solve problems
- Extremely organized, reliable, and phenomenal attention to detail
- Ability to pass upfront and random Drug Screenings as required
- Working at-home computer with reliable high-speed internet (50 Mbps+)
- Technically adept with proficiency in CRM’s, Microsoft Office, etc
- Automotive industry knowledge or experience is a plus
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client questions, concerns, etc
- Promptly respond to and manage client emails, calls, and voicemails.
- Address and resolve all client inquiries while delivering outstanding customer service that exceeds client expectations.
- Facilitate internal client processes such as onboarding, offboarding, billing, and invoicing to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform routine administrative tasks including daily job board postings using provided templates and guidelines.
- Identify process improvements to boost client satisfaction, streamline workflows, and minimize errors.
- Learn different areas of the business, fill operational gaps, and mentor or train new team members as we scale.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, collaborations, internal projects (e.g., employee handbooks, process documentation, training manuals), etc.
