Requirements:
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience running local Google Ads lead gen campaigns (not eCom)
  • Proven success managing 20+ service-based client accounts without sacrificing performance
  • Deep understanding of lead-focused search campaigns, conversion tracking, call forms, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with Go High Level or a similar CRM system
  • Experience in the automotive industry or local service verticals is a strong advantage

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and write high-converting ad copy
  • Launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns with daily budgets of $33–$100+
  • Run A/B tests on ad copy, assets, and landing pages to improve CPL and conversion rates
  • Monitor campaigns daily and adjust based on real-time data and performance
  • Identify opportunities for creative, strategic, and targeting improvements
  • Ensure all funnels and landing pages are fully optimized and technically sound before launch
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Account Managers, landing page builders, tech specialists
  • Provide clear, actionable reports and performance insights to internal stakeholders
