Responsibilities:
  • Own and optimize end-to-end recruitment for GTM and Business senior roles, ensuring a balance between speed and quality.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers, providing guidance on role scoping, market insights, and process improvements.
  • Actively source and engage top talent, leveraging multiple channels and creative outreach strategies.
  • Conduct initial interviews focused on alignment with Keep’s culture, role requirements, and leadership expectations.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline, ensure fast-moving processes, and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Continuously refine the recruitment process to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.
  • Lead project-based hiring initiatives, including senior leadership roles, and adjust strategies based on business needs.
  • Ensure every candidate, whether hired or not, has a professional and positive experience throughout the process.
